Her earlier successes have rewarded her with awards for Entertainer of the Year at Tamworth , an Australian Country Music Awards Golden Guitar and nominations for Female Vocalist of the Year, along with Most Popular Female Artist, at the Independent Country Music Awards.
Rosemary’s debut album “Some Kind Of Woman” received impressive reviews from the country music media for its ~ Kickin’ Country, through to Blue Grass feels and Soulful Ballads ~ prompting high radio rotation of the title track “Some Kind Of Woman” and the second release “Hey, Hey Mama”
They were soon followed by two more tracks lifted from the album for radio, the tribute to Merle Haggard, “Making Love To Merle” and the Golden Guitar winning collaboration with Graeme Connors, “Slowly But Surely”.
The Gympie Muster, Emerald Country Music Spectacular, Norfolk Island Festival and The Walkamin Festival have all featured Rosemary Rae in their celebrity line ups. Rosemary has also had the pleasure of touring ~ as guest artist ~ with some of the best, including Country Music Legend, Merle Haggard and Graeme Connors on one of his National Tours.
